Strategic Plan

The 2024-26 Strategic Plan  is an opportunity for renewing our school’s mission and committing to goals for the future.

With the last one completed more than a decade ago, this Strategic Plan is the first to be completed with Laura Sacco as Head of School and with our dual licensing. 

Charlestown Playhouse worked with a professional strategic planning consultant to facilitate the plan. The consultant conducted a survey, focus groups and individual interviews with members of the CPH community, including current and past staff, parents, and board members. The resulting information was compiled into a community feedback report and used as a basis for developing the strategic plan. During the 2023-24 school year the Board of Directors and workgroups met with the consultant to review CPH’s mission and the community feedback report, analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, and develop goals and action steps. 

The Strategic Plan will guide our organizational priorities for the next three years.

This plan was funded in part by the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation and the Archie W. and Grace Berry Foundation.
